Contract Red Flag Finder helps freelancers and small teams review contract text for potential red flags. This policy explains what we collect, why we collect it, and how to contact us.
Information we collect
We collect account details you provide through Google sign-in, including your name, email address, and profile identifier. We also process contract text that you paste or upload, review results generated for your account, usage records, and payment-related events from our payment provider.
How we use information
We use this information to provide contract review results, maintain saved review history, track credits and usage, process paid credit packs, prevent abuse, troubleshoot product issues, and respond to support requests.
AI processing
Contract text submitted for review may be sent to third-party AI model providers for analysis. Do not submit highly sensitive information unless you are comfortable with AI-assisted processing. Review output is informational and is not legal advice.
Payments
Paid plans are processed by our merchant of record or payment provider. We do not store full card numbers. We store payment status, plan, token credits, and provider identifiers needed to keep your account in sync.
Retention and deletion
Saved reviews and usage records remain available in your account so you can revisit previous analyses. You may request deletion of account data and saved review history by emailing ahchenxi2008@gmail.com.
Sharing
We share information only with service providers needed to operate the product, including hosting, authentication, AI processing, analytics or logging, and payment processing. We do not sell personal information.
Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards to protect account and contract review data. No online service can guarantee absolute security.
