These terms govern access to Contract Red Flag Finder, including free trial reviews, paid credit packs, saved review history, and AI-assisted contract analysis.
Product
Contract Red Flag Finder provides AI-assisted contract risk summaries for freelancers, remote workers, and small teams. Users can paste or upload contract text and receive plain-language red flags and suggested counter language.
Pricing
Free trial accounts include 2 total trial reviews. Paid plans are Starter at $4.99 per month for 300,000 tokens and Pro at $9.99 per month for 800,000 tokens. Current pricing is also shown on the Pricing page.
No legal advice
The service provides informational AI-generated analysis only. It is not legal advice, does not create an attorney-client relationship, and should not replace review by a qualified lawyer for important contracts.
User responsibilities
You are responsible for the contract text you submit, the decisions you make from review output, and ensuring you have the right to upload or paste the content. Do not use the service for unlawful activity or to process information you are not allowed to share.
Accounts and payments
You may need to sign in with Google to use trial reviews, buy credit packs, save history, and manage usage. Payments are processed through our merchant of record or payment provider, and access is updated after successful payment confirmation.
Refunds and billing support
Subscriptions may be cancelled at any time. Cancellation stops future renewals and does not automatically refund payments already made. Refunds are only considered for duplicate charges, payment errors, or where required by applicable law. For billing or access questions, contact ahchenxi2008@gmail.com.
Availability
We aim to keep the service available, but we may suspend, limit, or modify access for maintenance, security, abuse prevention, provider outages, or legal compliance.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent allowed by law, Contract Red Flag Finder is provided as-is and we are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or business losses arising from use of the service or reliance on AI-generated output.
